Launching an awful website just to get some attention is shameless. We hope you enjoyed it.

Why April 1st? It might look like it was all for the trick, but in reality it was just good timing. We spent the last couple of months working on the new site in our downtime and a few weeks back we pushed ourselves to complete it by the end of the month. By the time we realized it, we were set for a prank that was too easy to resist.

If you liked the trick site, we hope it was for the right reasons. We wanted to put together a tribute to some past (and unfortunately present) examples of how not to build your website. Inconsistent design, poorly developed content, cheesy branding, lame metaphors, uninspired slogans, stolen graphics (don't tell anyone), and bland content (thanks to Wikipedia). This baby has it all. Top it off with a midnight launch and an airplane pun driven social media campaign, and it's about as bad as it could have gotten.

What's your opinion? Can you tell us what's wrong with the site? We may have unintentionally done something right with the site too, and for that we apologize.
